Identify Challenges to Get Focused

If you have ADHD, you probably get a lot of advice (yes, you even get it here).  In order to Get Focused, take a few minutes to identify the challenges that get in the way for you.  This way, you can FOCUS on solutions that address your challenges and not waste time on solutions will not necessarily help you.
