Welcome!

Welcome to My Attention Coach!  I’m honored to have you as a client and look forward to our work together.  I have compiled all of the necessary forms here to get you started in the right direction and to help you continue your progress throughout our coaching relationship.  If you ever have any questions about the resources here, feel free to email me at laura@myattentioncoach.com or text/call me at 248-251-4006.

Getting Started

Prior to your strategy session, complete the Client Information Packet below and either email it to Laura or bring it to your coaching session.  Also review the client agreement and let Laura know if you have any questions.

Continuing Your Progress

Click the links below to access more forms and tools to help you continue your progress as we work together.

I recommend that you review the Coaching Preparation Form and complete the parts that feel relevant to you prior to every coaching session.  This is for you and does not need to be sent to Laura, but feel free to send to her if you would like feedback!  

The Weekly Planning Snapshot is a great tool for tracking your time or creating a time map.

If you get stuck when you are planning the steps to a project, the 14 Simple Steps to Planning a Project can be helpful.

Not planning your day because you hate your planner?  Don’t have a planner?  Use the Choosing the Right Planner – 2014 guide to help you choose a planner that fits your needs and preferences.

You might already have the Maximize Your Time Workbook Feb 2013 since it is the free gift offered here at My Attention Coach.  If you haven’t used it yet, it is a great tool to help you reflect on your time management and where you want to improve.
