<p>Once the basics are in place, three apps that he recommends are:</p>

<li>Priority Matrix</li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;">Calendars 5</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;">Simple Minds</span></li>
