Laura Rolands launches Practical ADHD Strategies on Blog Talk Radio.

You probably already know that I love to share strategies to help my readers with their ADHD / ADD challenges. In addition, I have recently begun listening to Podcasts to learn about everything from ADHD (yes, your coach needs coaches and trainers too!) to marketing to personal inspiration. So, I decided to take the plunge and start my own Blog Talk Radio show!

The show is called Practical ADHD Strategies and will focus on sharing practical tips to help you with your own ADHD challenges and those of the other important people in your life. The show will be 15 minutes. Just enough time to share 1 – 2 valuable tips during each show. Not enough time to get bored (I HOPE!).

What topics would you like me to cover on my Blog Talk Radio show Practical ADHD Strategies? Ask and you shall (probably) receive!

I look forward to chatting with you this Thursday at 1pm eastern for our inaugural show. I’ll post the replay link here at My Attention Coach and you can always find it over at Blog Talk Radio. “See” you there!

Consider deleting items from your To Do list to help you Get Focused.

If you have been following me here at My Attention Coach or on Twitter (@CoachForADHD) you know I am a big fan of To Do lists so my Get Focused tip today might surprise you. Yes, I still want you to make your To Do list. When you are done, answer this question:

What can I delete from the list?

You can take a weight off your shoulders and focus on your higher priorities even if you just eliminate one of your lower priorities from your list.

Does email seem to chip away at your day? As an ADHD Coach, I often brainstorm with clients about ways they can manage their email. The amount of time it takes to go through email can be overwhelming, and the interruptions caused by frequent email checking really can chip away at your day. If the volume of your email is overwhelming you, close it! Try checking it just a few times during the day. The philosophy is that you can get through your email faster this way. Give it a try and let me know how it goes!

How do you save time when managing your email?
