My Attention Coach specializes in helping people overcome their attention-related challenges.  We support, lead and inspire independence and success for people who have either been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD or who are facing other attention-related challenges.

We offer both individual and group coaching. The coaching process involves partnering with individuals or parents of individuals who experience attention related challenges in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to establish clear goals and maximize the potential to reach those goals.  There are no right or wrong goals.  Clients have a wide variety of goals that can be addressed through coaching.
